    单设新风系统,独立供给室内,可随着室外气象变化进行调节,即把新风处理到室内参数,不承担房间负荷,保证室内湿度与新风量要求。这种方案既提高了该系统的调节和运转的灵活性,且进入风机盘管的供水温度可适当提高,水管结露的现象可以得到改善。
    6 空调水系统
    由于该建筑的空调水系统,考虑到设计的管路系统简单,该设计的水系统均采用两管式。客房部分竖向为异程式,即供、回水干管中的水流方向相反,每一环路的管路长度不等,采用该方式不需回程管,管道长度较短,管路简单;纵向为同程式,即供、回水干管中的水流方向相同,经过每一环路的管路长度相等,采用该方式使水量分配、调节方便,便于水力平衡;
    季节转换采取在分、集水器上阀门切换。空调机组和风机盘管回水管上设电动两通阀,根据空调负荷变化调节通过盘管的水量,分、集水器间设电动压差旁通阀来文持系统压力平衡。
    7 卫生间通风设计
    本工程房间的卫生间设机械排风装置,设置排气扇,卫生间的通风换气量按20-30m3/h。无窗卫生间设置排风口,排风由风管同一接出,由排风机排至室外。靠近外墙且有外窗的卫生间,直接排到室外。卫生间保持负压,防止气外泄,卫生间选用排气扇加止回阀.
