摘要本文以苏通大桥桥面铺装破坏为研究背景,选择细粒式连续密级配、细集料断级配、粗集料断级配三种级配进行试验,并设置了五种不同的环氧树脂含量,研究了上述所选三种级配的物理特性,取得了以下主要成果:33729
(1)本文总结了道路工程中混凝土材料配合比的设计方法,并提出了适合机场道面环境的环氧树脂混合料的设计方法。
(2)根据试验结果,得到了粗集料断级配在不同油石比的情况下水中重接近于常数,细粒式连续密级配的合成矿料吸水率最低,合成矿料沥青吸收率最高,细集料断级配与细粒式连续密级配的数据相差不大,而粗集料断级配的吸水率最高,沥青吸收率相应相应地也最低。
(3)通过混合料的断裂试验,测试各种环氧树脂混合料的空隙率、饱和度、矿料间隙率等物理性能指标,求得试件的断裂能和断裂韧度,并进行了三种配合比物理性能的比较,在综合分析各项物理、力学指标的基础上,确定环氧树脂混合料的最佳配合比为油石比为7.5%,1:2:3:4:5:6:矿粉=2.5:22.5:21.4:19.5:28.3:2.9:2.9。

Title The epoxy resin mixture proportion design
Abstract
To the destruction of the deck surfacing of the sutong bridge as the research background, choose fine grained type continuous dense gradation, fine aggregate grading, coarse aggregate gradation three grading test, and set five different kinds of epoxy resin content, studied the physical properties of the selected three kinds of grading, made the following main results:
(1)in road engineering are summarized in this paper the mixture ratio design method of concrete materials, and put forward the suitable for environment of airport pavement design method of the epoxy resin mixture.
(2)according to the test results, obtained the coarse aggregate gradation broken in under the condition of different ratio of water close to the constant, the synthesis of fine grained type continuous dense gradation mineral aggregate bibulous rate is low, synthetic mineral aggregate asphalt absorption rate is highest, fine aggregate grading broken and fine grained type continuous dense gradation data were similar, and the bibulous rate of coarse aggregate gradation breakage is highest, asphalt absorption rate corresponding also lowest accordingly.
(3)through a mixture of fracture test, the test of various epoxy resin mixture porosity, saturation, void in mineral aggregate physical performance indicators, such as the fracture energy and fracture toughness specimen were obtained, and the comparison of the proportion of three kinds of physical properties, the comprehensive analysis on the basis of the physical and mechanical indexes, determine the optimal mixing proportion of epoxy resin mixture is oil-stone ratio is 7.5%, syntactic sugar for 1:2:3:4:5:6:powder=2.5:22.5:21.4:19.5:28.3:2.9:2.9.
