    摘要预应力混凝土空心板桥是一种常用的桥梁种类,在我国的桥梁方面占有重要的比例,广泛运用于中小跨径的永久性桥梁,包括公路桥梁或者城市桥梁。预应力混凝土空心板桥具有很多优点,例如:就地取材,便于工业化施工,适应力强,整体性好,这些都是空心板桥的优势,因此,本设计也采用预应力混凝土空板桥。50905

    本桥跨径:4*15m=60m,主梁、行车道板,桥面部分和支座等组成了上部结构。其中主要承重构件是主梁。桥面部分包括桥面铺装、伸缩装置和栏杆。这些构造虽然不是桥梁的主承重构件,但也与桥梁的安全与功能息息相关。下部结构分别有盖梁、桥墩、支座、灌注桩等,这些共同支撑了整个下部结构。在本设计中,上部结构重点分析了桥梁在施工和使用过程中恒载、活载的作用力。按照新规范公路Ⅱ级安放活载以及配筋计算,还估算了钢绞线的各种应力损失,并进行预应力阶段和使用阶段主梁截面的强度,正应力及主应力的验算。下部结构则采用钻孔灌注桩的墩柱,计算和验算了桥墩和桩基础。

    在本设计中通过主梁荷载计算、内力计算、应力钢筋的布置、主梁截面强度与应力验算、行车道板及制作等设计,完整地构造了一座装配式预应力混凝土简支梁桥,通过结构设计配筋,验算设计符合标准,方法符合规范。

    Abstract
