摘 要近几年,猎头行业的市场规模保持着显著的高速增长,成为令人瞩目的“朝阳产业”,但与欧美国家猎头业相比,我国猎头行业仍存在准入门槛低,国内企业认同度不高、猎头顾问素质参差等问题。随着我国经济结构的调整与升级,整个猎头行业呈现专业化发展的趋势。大多数猎头公司也开始改革创新,寻找发展新道路。89429
本文以研究猎头公司推荐成功率为切入点,通过三大方面,即浙江A公司猎头部的样本分析,博弈分析,并结合自身工作实践,提出了提升猎头公司推荐成功率、完善猎头公司运作,包括加大对猎头顾问的专业培训,完善内部的晋升体系与激励制度,减少资深猎头人才的流失率,打造公司的核心竞争力等相关建议,从而为猎头公司的转型发展提供有益的思路。
