摘    要浙江省桐庐县莪山畲族乡作为“中国畲族第一乡”，是浙西北唯一一个少数民族乡，有着独特的少数民族风俗习惯和风土人情，存在适合少数民族旅游经济发展的独特优势。但在发展的过程中，随着产业利益的上升，如何进行利益的合理分配，如何在更大程度上满足利益需求者的诉求成为当地的在发展过程中不可避免的障碍，严重制约了当地旅游产业的可持续发展。通过对莪山畲族乡相关民族文化的实地考察，辅以发放问卷、访谈等多元化形式，分析了莪山乡当前的产业开发利益相关者的诉求以及在不同产权模式下的行为模式，并提出合理化建议为少数民族地区旅游经济的可持续发展提供参考。90027

     As the first village of She ethnic minority group in China, Eshan is the only minority nationality townships in the northwest of Zhejiang province。 This area has the typical manners and customs of minority。 And because of that, Eshan occupies unique advantage to develop the tourist economy locally。 However, during the process of developing, with the increasing of the industrial interest, how to distribute the interest reasonably and how to meet the demand all around to a greater extent will be a unavoidable barrier。, which may influence the sustainable development of the local tourist industry。 Through the field visit in Eshan, helping with the methods such as questionnaire and interview, we analyze the demand of stakeholders in the exploitation of tourist industry now and their behavior patterns in the different property pattern。 According to these information to come up with some reasonable advice for the sustainable development of minority areas。源Q于W优E尔A论S文R网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
