    摘要本文考察了好氧颗粒污泥对吡啶的生物强化降解性能及短程硝化性能,探讨了好氧颗粒污泥系统吡啶降解同步硝化关键影响因素。在SBR反应器中实现了好氧颗粒污泥的培养,以吡啶为唯一碳源实现了吡啶的好氧强化降解;通过条件控制,实现了吡啶降解过程所释放的氨氮的同步硝化。探究了不同曝气量和反应时间下吡啶的降解情况,氨氮产生情况及同步硝化反硝化趋势。实验结果表明,在一个实验循环期内,氨氮呈现先增加再减小的趋势,而亚硝酸盐氮和硝酸盐氮均呈现先减小再增加的趋势;随着曝气量的增加,硝化作用显著增强;随着水力停留时间的延长,亚硝化作用显著增强;曝气量为100L/h,反应时间为10h的条件下生物强化降解性能及短程硝化性能最优。降解过程中伴随着好氧颗粒污泥的生长,不同反应条件对好氧颗粒污泥的性状具有显著的影响。因此,控制反应条件对好氧颗粒污泥生物强化降解性能及短程硝化性能的研究有重要的意义。19533

    Title   Pyridine biodegradation and simultaneous nitrification in aerobic granular sludge system
    Abstract
    In this dissertation, enhanced biodegradation of pyridine and partial nitrification was investigated in aerobic granular sludge system, with the key influencing factors for pyridine degradation and simultaneously nitrification emphasized. Cultivation of aerobic granular sludge was achieved in SBR system, where pyridine was degraded as the sole sources of carbon. Through the control of the operation conditions, simultaneous nitrification of the ammonium-N released from pyridine degradation was achieved. Pyridine biodegradation, ammonium-N release, simultaneous nitrification and denitrification were evaluated. The results demonstrated that in a reaction cycle, ammonia nitrogen increased firstly then decreased, while nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen decreased firstly then increased. With the increase of the aeration, nitrification was enhanced significantly, while with the increase of HRT, nitritation was enhanced significantly. Pyridine biodegradation and nitritation were optimal under the condition of aeration rate 100 L/h and reaction time 8h. Pyridine biodegradation was accompanied by the growth of the aerobic granules, in addition, the properties of the aerobic granules could be significantly influenced by the reaction conditions. In conclusion, the control of the reaction conditions was crucial for the enhanced pyridine biodegradation and nitritation.
