摘 要:本文选用琥珀酸、马来酸、富马酸和戊二醛作为氮化碳/聚乙烯醇(g-C3N4/PVA)复合膜的交联剂,考察了不同交联剂对复合膜渗透汽化性能的影响。用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对复合膜交联后的结构进行表征,且对复合膜的力学性能和接触角进行分析。结果表明:四种交联剂均与PVA发生酯化反应;交联剂的加入提高了膜的机械性能,更好地抑制了膜的溶胀,但降低了膜的亲水性;在PVA中添加交联剂可以提高膜的渗透汽化分离性能,其中用琥珀酸作为交联剂的g-C3N4/PVA复合膜在75℃时分离体积分数为90%的乙醇水溶液,复合膜的分离因子高达到30。7,渗透通量为6332 g/(m2·h)。 93323

Abstract:In this paper, succinic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid and glutaraldehyde acid were used as crosslinking agents for carbon nitride (g-C3N4) / poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) composite membranes。 Effects of different crosslinking agents on pervaporation performances of composite membranes were investigated。 The chemical structures of the composite membranes were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X ray diffraction (XRD)。 The mechanical properties and contact angles of the composite membranes were analyzed。 The results showed that the selected four crosslinking agents were esterified with PVA。 After adding crosslinking agents, the mechanical properties of the composite membranes were improved, and the swelling degrees of the membranes were decreased。 However, the hydrophilicity of the membrane was weakened。 Moreover, the addition of crosslinking agents in PVA can improve the pervaporation properties。 Among all the prepared membranes, the g-C3N4/PVA composite membrane crosslinked with succinate acid exhibited an excellent separation performances。 The separation factor reached 30。7 for aqueous solution of ethanol (90%) at 75 ℃, and its permeation flux was about 6332 g/(m2·h)。源F于K优B尔C论V文N网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ752^018766
