摘要:挑选国内某知名荧光粉企业的3种YAG荧光粉作为研究对象,3种样品的激发光谱相同,中心粒径(D50)分别为9.3、13.6、16.7 µm,用这3种荧光粉,在相同粉胶质量比,相同点胶量的情况下,使用3014型号支架,制作出白光LED灯珠样品。使用分光分度计分别测量老化前后样品的的各项光学参数,实验结果显示:随着荧光粉中心粒径的增大,色温向着高色温方向移动;当色温相同时,随着中心粒径的增大,光通量随之增大,使用100mA电流加速老化1星期情况下,随着荧光粉粒径的增大,光衰逐渐减小。30551
通过测定pH的变化来研究荧光粉的水解,其结果与长期可靠性实验结果,以及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)的结果相比较。我们发现,荧光粉水解pH值的变化与荧光粉的成分在LED封装可靠性方面有者密切的联系。

Phosphor size and hydrolysis PH value on the LED light color
Abstract :Selection of a famous enterprise three kinds of phosphor YAG phosphor as the research object, the excitation spectra of three kinds of samples of the same central diameter (D50) were 9.3,13.6,16.7 μm, with these three kinds of phosphor powder in the same binder ratio, dispensing the same amount under the circumstances, the use of 3014 models stand, to produce white LED lamp bead samples. Points were measured using a spectrophotometer meter before and after aging of the optical parameters of the sample, the test results showed that: the center of the particle size increases with the phosphor color temperature moves toward the direction of high color temperature; When the color temperature is the same, with the center of the particle size increases, the flux increases, the use of accelerated aging under 100mA current situation one week, with the increasing size of the phosphor, the light fades gradually reduced,The reactivity of phosphor with water was investigated by measuring pH change, and the results are compared with long-term reliability test results as well as inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) results. We found that the slope of pH change strongly depends on phosphor composition and represents a long-term reliability test result induced by phosphor in an LED package.

1.1 荧光粉粒径研究的项目背景
LED具有节能,环保,长寿命,高光效,性能稳定和体积小等众多优点。所以在国际上被公认为最有可能进入通用照明领域的新型固态冷光源。随着价格的不断降低,发光亮度的不断提高,半导体光源在照明领域中展现了广泛的应用前景。业界普遍认为,半导体灯取代传统的白炽灯和荧光灯是大势所趋[1]。半导体发光二极管被认为是最有可能进入普通照明领域的一种绿色照明光源,有望成为继白炽灯、荧光灯、高强度气体放电灯之后的第四代光源[2]。
