    摘要:以海藻酸钠为壁材,以香茅油为芯材,利用锐孔法制备两种天然驱蚊剂。水凝胶型天然驱蚊剂通过成型效果、涂抹效果进行比较,干燥型天然驱蚊剂通过封装效率、装载量、累积释放率进行比较。本文主要讨论海藻酸钠浓度、不同乳化剂、芯材与壁材的比例、氯化钙浓度、1%卡波与海藻酸钠的比例因素,对天然驱蚊剂的成型效果、涂抹效果、封装效率、装载量以及累积释放率的影响。实验结果表明:在海藻酸钠浓度为1.0%,氯化钙浓度为3%,芯材与壁材的比例为2.5:1,乳化剂为复配乳化剂(span-80:tween-80=45:55),制备出的干燥型驱蚊剂粒径均匀,外观较为完整圆润,封装效率和装载量相对较高,累积释放率较低。驱蚊剂最高封装效率为88.4%,装载量为66.42%,累积释放率为4.92%。在海藻酸钠浓度为1.5%,1%卡波与海藻酸钠的比例为1:1.3时凝胶型驱蚊剂成型效果与涂抹效果都是最好。33064

    The preparation of natural insect repellent
    Abstract: with sodium alginate as the wall material and citronella oil as the core material, using orifice prepared two kinds of natural insect repellent. Water gel type natural insect repellent by forming effect, daub effect comparison, drying natural insect repellent by encapsulating efficiency, loading capacity, the cumulative release rate were compared. This article mainly discuss the different concentration of sodium alginate, emulsifier, the ratio of core material and wall material, calcium chloride concentration, cabo and 1% sodium alginate scale factors, and the forming of natural insect repellent effect, daub effect, encapsulation efficiency, loading capacity and the influence of the cumulative release rate. The experimental results show that the concentration of sodium alginate 1.0%, calcium chloride concentration is 3%, the proportion of core material and wall material was 2.5:1, the emulsifier for the mixed emulsifier (span-80: tween-80=45:55), the preparation of the drying insect repellent uniform particle size, relatively complete round appearance, encapsulation efficiency and relatively high loading capacity, the cumulative release rate is low. Insect repellent the highest encapsulation efficiency was 88.4%, the loading capacity of 66.42%, the cumulative release rate of 4.92%. Gel type of insect repellent in sodium alginate concentration was 1.5%, 1% cabo with sodium alginate ratio of 1:1. 3 when molding effect and the effect is best.
