摘要 摘要 在当今社会,磁性纳米纤维因其自身的独特理化特性而受到了广泛的关注。本文的研究方向即在此基础上研究一种具有较大孔隙率的磁性纳米纤维材料。其具体的研究方案为:采用超声的方法制备具有磁性的纳米四氧化三铁(Fe3O4) ,选用曲拉通 X-100这种表面活性剂作为制备该种四氧化三铁纳米颗粒溶液的分散剂,分散完成后,利用静电纺丝技术制备蓬松态聚丙烯腈(PAN) /Fe3O4磁性纳米纤维。 选用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)证明制备所得的纳米纤维中四氧化三铁存在。并且,利用了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制得的蓬松态磁性纳米纤维的微观形貌进行观察,除此之外,还对该磁性纳米纤维的平均直径以及四氧化三铁的分布情况进行了观察。利用磁铁可以吸附纳米纤维的现象证明了制得的纳米纤维具有磁性性能。结果证明,制备得到的 PAN/Fe3O4 磁性纳米纤维孔隙及孔隙率较大,即蓬松效果相比于不加入四氧化三铁的纳米纤维要优异许多。并且,该纳米纤维的平均直径以及四氧化三铁纳米微粒的分布情况与四氧化三铁的添加量有关,即随着磁性四氧化三铁纳米微粒质量浓度的不断增加,制备得到的磁性纳米纤维直径的不均匀性增加,该磁性纳米纤维的平均直径随着浓度的增加,平均直径会逐渐降低。因此,可以就该特性可以使得该磁性纳米纤维在三维细胞培养以及组织支架等方面有较为优异的应用。42446

Title Preparation and characterization of the magnetic fluffy state nanofibers
Abstract Nowadays, magnetic nano fiber has received extensive attention because of its unique physical and chemical properties. The research direction of this paper is to study a kind of magnetic nano fiber material with high porosity. The specific research program: using ultrasonic method to prepare magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4), using Triton X-100 this surfactant as a dispersing agent for the preparation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles solution. After the dispersion is finished, the /Fe3O4 magnetic nano fiber (PAN) was prepared by electrospinning technique. Using X- ray diffraction (XRD) demonstrated the presence of Fe3O4 nano fibers in the. And by using the scanning electron microscope (SEM) of the fluffy state magnetic nano fiber morphology were observed, in addition, also on the nano magnetic fiber average diameter and Fe3O4 distribution was observed. The phenomenon of nano fibers can be adsorbed by the magnet, and the magnetic properties of the prepared nano fibers are proved. Results show that the prepared polyacronitrile (PAN) / Fe3O4 magnetic nano fiber pore and porosity, namely large fluffy effect compared to not to join the Fe3O4 nano fiber superior to many. And the nano fiber mean diameter and Fe3O4 nano particles distribution and ferroferric oxide addition. With the increasing concentration of magnetic ferroferric oxide nano particles, prepared by the nano magnetic fiber diameter of uneven increased, the average diameter of the magnetic nanometer fiber with the increase of the concentration, the mean diameter will gradually reduce. Therefore, the magnetic nano fiber can be used in three-dimensional cell culture and tissue support and so on.
