    摘要:纳米二氧化钛的颗粒细小、分布均匀、比表面积大、光催化活性[1]强、具有特殊的性质,被广泛认为是现代最重要的新型材料[2]。目前,科学家对结构新颖、用处广泛的钛氧簇的结构产生了很大的兴趣。进一步探索该系列簇合物的性质和应用,通过嫁接和改性方式将有机分子固定在钛氧簇的表面,修饰TiO2 的电学、光学以及催化特性[3],来获得更多结构新颖的并且具有更多功能的簇合物。而且钛氧簇对新能源的开发和利用具有极大的价值,以纳米二氧化钛为多孔半导体薄膜[4]的染料敏化纳米薄膜太阳能电池已成为太阳能应用领域的研究重点[5]。因此,本论文的目的是根据文献采用溶剂热合成法[6]制备含邻苯二甲酸的钛氧簇合物的晶体,将晶体进行煅烧,并且测试产物的形貌和吸附性质。本篇论文包括:(1)介绍纳米二氧化钛、钛氧簇合物、以及含两个羧基钛氧簇合物的结构和进展。(2)根据文献采用溶剂热合成法,制备含邻苯二甲酸钛氧簇晶体。(3)对晶体进行XRD, FT-IR 等结构表征并将得到的晶体进行煅烧,再对煅烧后的晶体进行SEM, XRD和BET的测定。43431

    The Study of Titanium-oxo-Clusters with Phthalic Acid

    Abstract: Nano-titanium dioxide has the characteristics of fine particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area and high photocatalytic activity , which is widely considered as the most important new material in the modern world. Currently, scientists pay attention to the novel structure and the widespread use of titanium-oxo-clusters. At the same time, they further explore the properties and applications of the series clusters. We obtain cluster complexes with more novel and more function through grafting and modification methods, which fix the organic molecules on the surface of titanium-oxo-clusters with the characteristics of decorating the adsorption of titanium dioxide, photo electric conversion and catalysis. Titanium-oxo-clusters have great value for new energy development and utilization, and dye sensitized nano thin film solar cells with nano titanium dioxide as the porous semiconductor thin film have become the focus of research in the field of solar energy applications. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to synthesize the crystal of titanium-oxo-Clusters with phthalic acid by the solvothermal synthesis. We calcine the crystal , measure morphology of the product and adsorption properties. The paper includes three areas. First of all, we introduce the structure and development of titanium dioxide, titanium-oxo-clusters and titanium-oxo-clusters with two carboxyl. Secondly, we prepare the crystal of titanium oxide with phthalic acid by the solvothermal synthesis through consulting documents. At last, we characterize the crystal by XRD, FT-IR and so on. Futhermore, we calcine the crystal and measure the calcined crystal by SEM, XRD and BET.
