    摘要本文比较研究了牛粪及其蚓粪对Pb2+、Cd2+的吸附、解吸规律及吸附动力学行为。结果表明,在实验浓度范围内,牛粪和蚓粪对Pb2+和Cd2+的吸附量随着Pb2+和Cd2+浓度的增加而增加,且蚓粪对Pb2+和Cd2+的吸附量比牛粪高。牛粪和蚓粪对Pb2+和Cd2+的吸附等温线与Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程均有较好的拟合性,且蚓粪对Pb2+的吸附固定能力明显强于牛粪。牛粪和蚓粪中Pb2+、Cd2+的解吸量均随其吸附量的增大而增加,较之蚓粪,牛粪吸附的Pb2+和Cd2+更易被解吸。牛粪和蚓粪对Cd2+的吸附可分为快速反应阶段和慢速反应阶段,快速反应阶段两者反应速率相当,而慢速反应阶段中蚓粪对Cd2+的吸附速率明显高于牛粪。不同Pb2+初始浓度条件下,蚓粪对Pb2+的吸附速率均远大于牛粪,蚓粪有望广泛用于去除土水溶中的重金属离子。50413

    Abstract:The paper described the study of Cadmium (Pb) and Lead (Cd) adsorption on cow manure waste and its vermicompost. The results showed that Pb2+,Cd2+adsorption was increased with the increasing initial concentration within the range of Pb2+,Cd2+ concentrtions used in the experiment. The adsorption isotherm of Pb2+,Cd2+ by the absorbent could significantly conform to Freundlich and Langmuir equations, and vermicompost had a much higher Pb2+,Cd2+ adsorption capacity than cow manure waste. The desorption of Pb2+,Cd2+ by these two absorbent increased with their increasing adsorption amount. With the same initial concentration, it was easier for Pb2+,Cd2+ to release from cow manure than from vermicompost . The Cd2+ absorption on both cow manure and its vermicompost included rapid reaction and slow reaction, The Cd adsorption rate were nearly same between cow manure waste and its vermicompost at slow reaction phase, but much more higher Cd2+ adsorption rate was found in vermicompost than cow manure waste. But it was immediately to reach the most highest adsorption rate for Pb2+ in vermicompost, then the adsorption rate decreased and stabilized with time elongating; moreover, the adsorption rate in vermicompost was always higher than that in pig manure irresponding of initial Pb2+concentration.
