摘  要：位于我国西南方的贵州是一个经济不是非常发达，开发也不是非常完善的省份，由于贵州地处山区，其独特的地理位置和地理条件决定了贵州在工业领域上的发展不会非常迅速。但与此同时，贵州特殊的喀斯特地貌，又赋予了贵州美丽的自然景观和独特的民族风情以及地理环境，给予了贵州非常丰厚的旅游资源优势。因此，在贵州目前工业水平较低，资金也比较短缺，高端人才较少等条件下。要使贵州的经济发展起来，政府就应该充分利用贵州的旅游资源优势，以其为突破口，让旅游业成为产业发展重点，从而带动消费，金融等第三产业的发展，提升贵州的经济水平，加快建设小康社会的步伐,达到可持续性发展。92196

引言

  近几年贵州省经济总体发展趋势良好，人口红利、制度变革红利，其中国家的大力扶持起到了关键作用。其中，由于特殊的地理位置和人文历史悠久的原因，旅游业成为贵州经济增长的主要动力之一。贵州的旅游业经济的发展，不仅带动了其他产业的发展，更向全世界的人输出了贵州的旅游文化，使更多的人愿意了解贵州，来到贵州。而贵州旅游业的发展，政府发挥着巨大的主导作用，但这种作用在一方面确实推动了贵州旅游业经济的发展，同时也带来了一些问题。
