An Analysis about the Factors Affecting the International Competitive Power of Tourism Service Trade in Henan
Abstract: With the social economy’s development, the tourism service trade has been one of the industries with most robust developing momentum and biggest scale in the world. This article is based on the present development situation and analysis of the competitive power level of the tourism service trade in Henan, and figure out the problems which lie in the lack of the propaganda, low overall quality of employees, scattering situation of the tourism enterprises and organizations, unreasonable exploitation of the tourism resources, incomplete facilities in scenic spots, by study the factors which influence the international competitive power of the tourism service trade in Henan. This article also puts forward a series of corresponding countermeasures, including strengthening propaganda, opening up tourism market abroad positively, training international personnel, carrying out the strategic management of tourism enterprises, developing and utilizing tourism resources rationally, and completing the facilities in the tourist attractions.
