The Bilateral Trade Development Problems And Countermeasures Research
Abstract：The bilateral trade has developed rapidly since the establishment of China and South Korea diplomatic relations in 1992. With the rapid and deep development of bilateral trade, more and more problems are gradually affect the further development of the bilateral trade. For example, China and South Korea trade development imbalances, China and South Korea trade friction problem and China and South Korea competition problems and so on. The bilateral economic development is not only beneficial to the development of its economy of the two countries but also has important significance to the asia-pacific economic development. In this article, through analysis of data of predecessors' research results, the analysis summarizes the present situation and problems of bilateral trade development, and on this basis to further promote the bilateral trade development countermeasures and Suggestions are bring forward .

中韩双边贸易发展中的问题及对策研究
前言
中国和韩国是互为友好邻邦，文化背景相似，这都为中韩双边贸易的发展提供了良好的条件。自1992年以来，中国与韩国建交已经20多年。在这期间，中国在经济上取得了巨大的发展和成就，中韩两国的经济联系也不断加深，贸易合作关系也更加紧密。中韩两国的双方贸易额从1992年的50多亿美元增长到现在2700多亿美元，这和两国双边贸易的迅速发展是分不开的。目前，中国已经连续多年成为韩国的第一大贸易伙伴、第一大出口市场、第一大投资对象国。
中韩双边经济的不断发展，不仅有利两国经济的发展，而且符合世界经济发展的趋势，对推进亚太地区经济发展也有着重要意义。但是随着中韩双边贸易的快速发展，两国之间存在的贸易问题逐渐增多，中韩贸易不平衡、贸易矛盾和争端等问题开始尖锐化，影响中韩双边贸易的健康发展。正因如此，为了文护中韩两国的经济健康发展，我们要正确、主动的分析中韩双边贸易发展的现状和实际问题，进而促进中韩双边贸易的进一步发展，谋求互利共赢的局面。
