The Countermeasures and Suggestions for the Development of Henan Culture Industry
Abstract: In China，there are some gaps in the scale and velocity of the development of cultural industry for Henan Province compared with other provinces. There are several problems during the development of cultural industry, such as the sharp contradictions between resources exploitation and protection, lack of talent, market environment chaos, incomplete system and mechanism. In order to solve these problems, this article put forward some corresponding suggestions from resource system development, cultivation of talents, the market environment, financing mechanism and management system. How to change the rich cultural resources into cultural productivity, to promote the development of economic, it is a pressing need and hope for Henan provincial government and forks, this calls for our joint efforts as well.

前言
文化产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业,在全球化进程中扮演者越来越重要的角色，区域文化产业的发展问题作为一个具有明显现实意义的重要课题，也逐渐受到众多学者的关注。胡惠林指出“区域文化产业竞争和区域合作将同时作用于区域文化产业发展，并进一步研究了区域文化产业战略与空间布局问题，总结我国区域文化产业布局的战略选择的几种价值取向。”更值一提的是李春雷和马俐两位学者强调指出在发展区域文化产业中要注意自省与管理的问题。
