摘要本文首先对中小银行的竞争力进行了理论分析，得出了影响中小银行竞争力的八个因素：技术与创新，人力资源、业务流程、组织结构、制度、战略定位、企业文化、风险管理。然后以江苏长江商业银行为例，通过构建银行竞争力指标评价体系，从人力资源、盈利能力、风险管理能力、发展能力四个方面对江苏长江商业银行的竞争力进行数据分析，结合江苏长江商业银行自身的探索，得出其在人力资源方面仍需优化，存贷比也需要调整的结论。最后根据分析结果提出相应的改革措施：建立品牌形象、找准市场定位、转变经营理念、继续优化人力资源配置、调整存贷比。43322

Analysis Of The Competitiveness Of Small And Medium Banks——Taking The Jiangsu Yangtze River Commercial Bank As Example

Abstract

 First, the paper is theoretically analysis on the competitiveness of small and medium-sized banks, from which we obtains there are eight factors influencing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized banks: technology and innovation, human resources, business processes, organizational structure, system, strategic positioning, corporate culture and risk management. Take Jiangsu Changjiang Commercial Bank as an example, through the construction of bank competitiveness evaluation index system, from human resources, profit capacity and risk management capacity, development capacity these four aspects to analysis the data of the competitiveness of Jiangsu Changjiang Commercial Bank, under Jiangsu Changjiang Commercial Bank own exploration, it comes that in the human resources still needs to be optimized, save and loan percentage aslo need to be adjusted. Finally, according to the analysis results, this paper puts forward corresponding reform measures: to establish a brand image, identify the market position, change business philosophy, to optimize the allocation of human resources, adjust the loan deposit ratio.
