摘要加工贸易在我国对外贸易中地位突出、影响深远，但就目前我国加工贸易的发展状况、由国际化背景到中国的自身条件和需求、从己经取得的成就到存在的制约因素等方面来看，对加工贸易企业的转型升级成了促进我国经济增长的必然途径。改革开放以来，深圳市的加工贸易发展迅速，对深圳工业化进程和城市发展作出了巨大的贡献。加工贸易涉及的行业一直都是深圳重要的产业支柱，对深圳的总体经济发展与出口创汇有着举足轻重的作用。本文通过对深圳市加工贸易企业的发展现状、存在的问题、转型升级的必要性进行深入的研究研究，并基于存在的问题，提出一些有针对性的建议，以便为企业的进一步发展和市政府宏观引导企业作出微观决策提供参考。49505

The Research on theTransformation and Upgrading of the Processing Trade Enterprises of Shenzhen City

Abstract  China foreign processing trade reforming research abstract the processing trade the status is prominent in our country foreign trade, affects widely .But at present from China processing trade's present situation, from the internationalization background to China's own condition and the demand, after the achievement which obtained to the existence question and so on, transformation and upgrading of processing trade enterprises has become an inevitable way to promote China's economic growth. Since the reform and opening up, the processing trade has been developping rapidly in Shenzhen .Involved in the processing trade industry has always been an important pillar industry in Shenzhen, and in Shenzhen's overall economic development and export plays an important role.This article through to the Shenzhen city the current situation of the development of processing trade enterprises ，existing problems ,transition and national the related policy study , and proposed targeted recommendations based on the problems, so that the macro for the further development of enterprises and government provide a reference guide enterprises to micro-decisions.
