摘要城镇化和区域发展二者共同推动着地区经济社会的进步。城镇发展离不开区域建设，特别是区域基础设施建设和区域经济发展，合理规划区域建设有利于江苏经济发展模式转变、产业结构调整和江苏城镇的稳定；区域发展离不开城镇建设，稳步推进江苏省新型城镇化可以扩大内需和调整经济结构，所以在新时期江苏省城镇快速发展的情形下，协调这二者也就至关重要。49981

本研究首先以江苏省区域建设和城镇化概况（自然地理及城市发展概况）入手，从时间角度分析江苏省城镇化历史进程，其次，发现二者发展过程中存在的问题，以及分析影响二者协调发展的四个因素并对三大区域进行SWOT分析，最后，在存在问题及影响因素分析的基础上，提出如何让这二者协调发展的对策建议。

Research on the coordinated development of Jiangsu Province between new-type urbanization and region development

Abstract Urbanization and regional development，the two together to promote regional economic and social progress. Urban development is inseparable from regional development, especially in regional economic development and regional infrastructure construction, rational planning of construction area stability of Jiangsu Province, the industrial structure adjustment and transformation of economic development in Jiangsu is of great significance, in Jiangsu Province to the overall economy entered new level the objective needs and requirements; regional development is inseparable from the urban construction, and steadily push forward the Jiangsu Province, new urbanization can expand domestic demand and adjust the economic structure, so under the request of the practice of the urban rapid development in the new period, how to improve the regional development and urbanization in developing coordination problems are vital.

In this study, Start with area construction and the urbanization situation of Jiangsu province, including the natural geography and urban development situation, analysis of urbanization in Jiangsu province history from the point of view of time. Secondly, found problems existing in the development process. And analyze the influence of coordinated development of the four factors and SWOT analysis of the three regions. Finally, based on the analysis of the existing problems and the influencing factors, the countermeasures and suggestions on how to construct them in Jiangsu province are put forward.
