摘 要：化工新材料产业的发展是一个国家经济水平、国防实力和科技进步的重要标志，因此发展化工新材料产业对中国未来发展意义重大。本文通过对中国化工新材料产业发展现状的研究，剖析了中国化工新材料产业发展中存在的问题，并且针对发展中的问题提出了合理的建议。即大力推进企业的主创新，建立自主知识产权；进一步融合化工新材料上下游企业；分析化工新材料行业，谨慎投资，避免盲目跟风随从；提高自给率；政府要大力扶持化工新材料产业的发展，并鼓励中国企业与跨国公司建立合作，引进与借鉴跨国企业的先进技术，促进中国化工新材料产业的发展。53917

Abstract: The development of new chemical material industry is an important symbol for a country’s economic level, national defense strength and technology progress. Therefore, developing new chemical material industry is of great significance for China. By researching on the development status of our new chemical material industry, this article analyses the problems existing in the development of our new chemical material industry and puts forward some suggestions. That is promoting independent innovation and establishing independent intellectual property rights; further integrating upstream and downstream firms of new chemical material industry ; analyzing on the new chemical material industry and investing with great caution and avoiding following the trend; improving the degree of sufficiency; the government also needs to vigorously support the development of new chemical material industry and encourage our corporations to establish the cooperation with multinational company, promoting the development of our new chemical material industry by introducing and drawing on the advanced technology from the multinational companies.
