Design and Realizas of Residential Property Management System Based on.NET
Abstract:In this paper, the actual survey of residential property management process, combined with the asp.net framework presents the basic design idea of property management system based on.NET cell.The paper first introduces the environment and technology required in system development, and then analyzes the system requirements. according to the demand, paper pides the function modules and designs the database, and then displays the system effection. At the last,the paper realizes the resdiental property management function.This system uses the B/S structure and uses C# development language and SQL Server 2005 database ,with runs on the Windows 7 server. Through the development of the system, can let the small tenants to understand their own living environment, it is important to change the residential property management in the process of manual operation, improving the efficiency of property management area.

基于.NET的小区物业管理系统的设计及实现引言
随着市场经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，住宅小区已经成为人们安家立业的第一选择，几十万到几百万的小区住宅多不胜数。由于人们花的钱多了，对住宅的本身的美观、质量要求也提高了，同时对物业小区的服务和管理也要求越来越高，例如对小区的文修文护，对小区的各种投诉等都要求小区管理者做的好，做的完善。这样就要求小区管理者对物业管理进行宏观的和微观的细致管理，于是用计算机操作的小区物业管理系统来实现对小区物业的各项管理就出现了，这就为我们设计小区物业管理系统提供了市场需要。而小区物业管理系统在现代社会是比较热门的行业，密切关注老百姓实际生活的设计，各种人性化的设备管理，使管理者和业主都能对小区中发生的的事物更方便、快捷的了解。
