Abstract：Based on the background of the fierce competition of Fast hotel, through the analysis of domestic and foreign research status of Fast hotel, management system for small and medium-sized Fast hotel some complex operation and management is not science, planning out a suitable for small and medium-sized Fast hotel. The paper through empirical research to understand the market demand and according to the system analysis for the hotel management system planning provides the necessary theoretical support. So for the hotel management brings the work process standardization, service level quantification, efficient and effective means of communication, knowledge sharing, public relations dissemination of information, customer relationship management, operating cost analysis and early warning, data mining etc.. The IT technology has penetrated all aspects of hotel operations, may bring the income growth for the hotel, improve staff productivity, the accumulation database assets, ultimately defeat the rivals.
