摘 要:随着网络信息技术在人们生活中的广泛应用,网络求职招聘方式因可以突破空间和时间的限制已成为求职招聘中的一大重要手段。在系统的分析了目前流行的求职招聘网站的优缺点基础上,借助SQL Server 2008数据库与ASP.NET技术设计了一个求职招聘系统。系统主要包括个人求职管理、企业招聘管理和后台系统管理三个部分。通过该求职招聘网站的使用,可以更好的进行人才资源分配和利用。5080

The Design and Implementation of Jobs and Requirements System
Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology of widely used in people's lives,a job online recruitment has become an important means for employment because it can break the limits of space and time.In a systematic analysis of the current popular job recruitment site based on the advantages and disadvantages,with the SQL Server 2008 database with ASP.NET technology designed a job recruitment system.System includes personal job search management, job management and back-office systems management in three parts.Better allocation and utilization of human resources through the use of the Jobs Website.
