摘要:客流管理系统的应用就是客流决策的关键所在是一种基于人流量变化的实时、动态、精确、长期的数据分析过程,并结合POS、ERP、CRM及其他与经营管理相关的数据和信息,进行综合经营决策的手段。并为经营管理者提供真实有效的数据依据。客流管理系统是由视频采集单元、客流统计模块和客流数据保存分析平台三部分组成。视频采集单元有专用摄像机即客流计,客流统计模块是对视频信息进行综合处理完成双向客流统计,客流数据保存分析软件平台是对客流数据保存再提取再加工处理和分析便于传输和管理。可直接生成数十种查询和分析结果的报表并支持图片的直接下载和表格的直接导出。这是本次课题的最终结果在现实生活中的应用。本次课题的研究主要是对客流管理系统的研究和设计不包括对生成的数据结果的分析是对进一步的数据分析提供真实的材料依据同时也是对客流管理数据分析结果的有力证据。

Abstract:The application of passenger flow management system is the key of passenger flow decision-making is a real-time, dynamic, accurate and long-term data analysis process based on the change of human flow, and combined with pos, ERP, CRM and other management related data and information, the comprehensive management decision means. And provide the real and effective data basis for the management. The passenger flow analysis system is composed of three parts: video capture unit, passenger flow statistics module and passenger flow analysis platform. Video capture unit has a special camera, the passenger flow analysis and statistics module is the comprehensive processing of video information to complete two-way passenger flow statistics, passenger flow analysis software platform is the passenger flow data processing and analysis, transmission and management, can directly generate dozens of query and analysis results report and support the direct download of pictures and tables direct export. This is the application of the final result of this subject in real life. The research of this topic mainly on the research and design of passenger flow management system does not include the analysis of the generated data, which provides the real material basis for further data analysis, and also is a powerful evidence for the analysis of passenger flow management data.
