摘要: 随着我国经济的高速发展,传统的,手工式的企业固定资产管理模式渐渐已经不能满足企业管理的现状。运行效率低,容易出错,不便统计等是其主要问题。趁着近10年来,计算机信息技术的飞速发展,基于信息技术的新一代企业固定资产管理模式—企业固定资产管理系统的出现了。它的优点是以计算机软件平台作为基础,以软件代替手工输入,极大提高了企业资产运营的效率,减少出错率,可以提高企业产品质量,有效降低成本,有效节约企业建设投入资金。本企业固定资产管理系统采用C/S架构,以Microsoft Visual Studio 2010作为开发工具,后台数据库采用SQL SEVER2008。主要基于面向对象的编程思想进行项目的设计与开发。本系统操作简单,界面友好,实现了企业固定资产管理的全过程。包括对企业部门,员工管理,固定资产管理,固定资产借用统计,固定资产折旧,报表的打印等功能模块。本文首先介绍了课题背景,开发目的及意义,通过前期的需求分析,可行性分析,随后阐述系统的概要设计,详细设计及最终系统的实现及测试。27822 毕业论文关键词: 固定资产管理系统;数据库;C/S模式;面向对象
Fixed Assets Management System
Abstract: With China's rapid economic development, traditional, manual style gradually fixed asset management can not meet the status quo of enterprise management. Low efficiency, error-prone, inconvenience statistics is the main problem. Taking advantage of the past 10 years, the rapid development of information technology, Fixed Assets Management System appear based on next-generation enterprise management . Its advantage is a computer software platform as a basis for software instead of manual input, which greatly improves the efficiency of enterprise asset management, reduce error rates, improve product quality, reduce costs, saving companies the construction investment indeed.The fixed asset management system using C / S architecture to Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a development tool, using SQL SEVER2008 as its database. The enterprise fixed assets management system is mainly based on object-oriented programming ideas for design and development of the project. The system is simple, user-friendly, to achieve the whole process of enterprise fixed asset management. Including the corporate sector, staff management, fixed asset management, fixed assets, borrowing statistics, depreciation of fixed assets, and print reports modules.This paper introduces the subject background, purpose and significance of the development, by the early demand analysis, feasibility analysis, and then elaborate system of outline design, detailed design and implementation and testing of the final system.
