Abstract：With the development of network technology, E-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises provide a more wide development platform and a large number of market opportunities, also brought directly, indirect or potential benefits to them. This device is designed and developmented based on the analysis of the costs and benefits of small and medium-sized enterprise electronic commerce, using the Winform technology, developing a low cost promotional software. Main function is that the key processing module, page number and the dialing setting module, match, and browse the web module. Through the designing, developmenting, testing, this system can realize the function of the design and improve product in the search engine ranking effectively.

引言
随着信息社会的到来和网络技术的进步，电子商务对中小企业产生的影响越来越大。网络推广成为企业快速提升产品知名度，展示企业实力的重要手段，网络推广的方式有多种：利用搜索引擎推广，利用网络广告推广，利用电子邮件推广，利用新闻组发布站点信息，通过交换链接推广，增强网站对消费者吸引力[1]。其中应用最广泛的是：利用搜索引擎推广，主要特点是：成本相对较低，平台更广阔，推广效果最明显，推广方式简单。本篇论文以中小型企业搜索引擎推广软件为例，使用Winform技术，开发一款简便、成本低廉、实用性强的搜索引擎推广软件，节省企业的推广成本，提高企业的经济效益。

网络推广始终是电子商务中不可缺少的重要组成部分,是实现价值增值的重要环节,推广力度的大小不仅影响企业的直接效益,也制约着企业发展,因此,如何有效的实现产品推广,既减少成本,又不影响产品的正常销售和对企业的快速发展,已经成为企业管理者实施有效推广过程中必须考虑的首要问题。
传统的搜索引擎推广依靠付费方式在一些门户网站做广告或通过付费来提高公司或产品的主页在搜索引擎的排名，需要企业不断的投入大量的资金。另外，虽然访问量和成交量都上去了，但利润却没有实质、明显的上升，这样大大加重了企业的运营成本。
