摘要:随着大数据的发展,企业信息系统越来越受到人们的重视。从海量的数据中“提纯”有用的数据,为客户挖掘数据中蕴藏的价值才是这个时代鲜明的标志。
随着企业的不断发展,对员工的技术培训也日益重要,所以企业内部资料管理系统也应运而生。本系统实现了对不同权限的用户展示不同的管理界面,实现了管理员可以对资料,员工信息,借阅进行管理,实现了员工自主查询资料,完成续借管理的功能。该系统的难点功能就是聚类分析,对员工的借阅行为进行更深层次的分析研究,获得企业资料中更有用的信息,提高资料的利用率,促进企业工作效率。29749
所以,这次的设计采用K-means算法对企业内部资料借阅记录的数据进行挖掘,以便找到最有帮助的服务。采用大数据分析有效管理外包企业内部资料,深刻理解员工需求,可以高效分析出员工借阅资料的兴趣喜好趋向于借阅哪类资料,选择给员工推荐什么类型的资料,并提供个性化的服务。 毕业论文关键词:大数据;企业内部资料管理系统;数据库
Outsourcing of enterprise internal data management system design and development
Abstract:
With the development of big data, enterprise information system has been paid more and more attention.the symbol of the age is to mine data that contain the value for customer and purify the useful data from the massive data .
With the continuous development of the enterprise, the technical training to the staff is also important, so the enterprise internal data management system also born.This system has realized the different management interface for different users,achieved that the administrator can manage information, employee information, lending management,and the staff query data, complete the renewal management function on my own.The difficulty of the system is clustering analysis,a deeper analysis of the borrowing behavior of the employees,access to more useful information in enterprise information,improve the utilization of data,promote enterprise work efficiency.
So, the design of the internal data of the enterprise, is the record during the data mining, in order to find the most helpful service by K-means algorithm. Using big data analysis to effectively manage the internal information of outsourcing enterprises and understanding of the needs of employees deeply,can analyze the interest of the staff to borrow information to borrow what kind of information, choose what type of information to recommend to employees and provide personalized service.
