摘要:笔者阅读大量国内外相关文献,对技术接受模型及精准医疗等相关研究理论进行梳理,提出研究问题,将技术接受模型理论作为研究基础,构建出用于分析影响医生应用信息技术进行疾病精准诊疗的理论模型,并提出10条相关的假设。通过问卷设计,运用SPSS 20.0和AMOS 21.0软件对收集到的149份问卷进行数据分析,对模型和假设进行了实证研究,找出影响医生接受精准医疗模式的因素,最后得到主观规范和感知易用性正向影响感知有用性,个人革新性正向影响感知易用性,成本负向影响感知易用性,感知有用性和感知易用性同时正向影响用户接受的行为意向。30678 毕业论文关键词:技术接受模型(TAM);精准医疗;SPSS
A Study on influencing factors of doctors' application of information technology in accurate medical treatment under precise medical background
Abstract:By reading a large number of related literature at home and abroad, the research theory of technology acceptance model and precision medical research were summarized. the research problem was put forward, Based on the theory of technology acceptance model,a theoretical model for analyzing the doctors' application of information technology for accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseases was constructed .Then 10 related assumptions were put forward. Through the questionnaire design, SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 software were used to analyze the 149 questionnaires, and the model and the hypothesis were studied. The factors influencing the doctors' acceptance of the precise medical model were found out. Finally, subjective and sensitive Sexual impact, perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness, perceived usability, and perceived ease of use while positively influencing the behavioral intentions accepted by the user. Finally, subjective norms and perceived ease of use have possitive effects on perceived usefulness, personal innovation has positive effects on perceived ease of use, and cost has negative effects on perceived ease of use, while perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively affecting user acceptance the intention of the act.
