摘要:本次设计的是气体烟羽分类描述的仿真系统,使用组态王作为开发软件。该设计通过仿真动画形式,实现工程锅炉提取反应液燃烧产生烟雾,并从烟囱排除,形成各种烟羽类型,并加以描述:系统运行数据的收集,实时报表和历史报表画面制作,实时曲线和历史曲线以及报警画面,以及画面之间的连接切换。 33913
课题的难点在于仿真画面的设计、变量的设置以及动画连接的实现。仿真画面的完成基本就代表着毕设有了大致的思路,通过命令语言、动画连接及亚控虚拟仿真PLC实现仿真画面的运行。变量的类型对应所需功能相应设置,如开关阀门变量类型为内存离散,反应炉液位使用I/O实型,变量类型不准确则会导致相关功能不能实现。仿真画面比较直观,切换到VIEW中运行,通过简单的开关按钮、阀门,提示清晰的按钮操控整个流程。 毕业论文关键字:组态王;气体烟羽分类描述;虚拟仿真系统;动画连接;工程
Abstract: The design of the simulation system to describe the gas plume classification, the use of Kingview as the development software.
