Design and Implementation of Teaching Evaluation System
Abstract: The scale and speed of development of higher learning institutions in China today faster and faster, the number of staff has increased each year, and how these universities faculty evaluation has become a problem. Routine exams and attendance can not be completely accurate evaluation of a faculty to make, and then evaluating teaching system came into being. By evaluating teaching, you can reduce the workload of administration, an effective teaching supervision system, promote the rapid progress of the teaching work. The subject teaching evaluation system uses ASP.NET technology development projects, the use of SQL Server 2008 to store and manage data, mainly through the demand analysis, outline design, detailed design and implementation, and software testing of four stages, the basic realization of evaluating teaching function.

1概述
1.1课题研究的背景及现状
学校的中心工作是教学，在教学管理当中教学质量的评估是其中重要的环节之一。通过评教，不仅可以提高教师的教学质量,同时这也可以增加学校的办学效益。在中国许多学校由于没有建立完善的教学监督体系，致使教学工作没有取得长足进展，甚至耽误学生学习。教师是学生成长的引路人，是学生竞相学习和模仿的榜样，因此教师具有高尚的品德和专业的教学能力是提高教学质量的关键因素之一。完善教学监督体系，提高教师教学水平，推进学校教学质量的发展，是当前迫切需要解决的一件事，因此教学评价成了解决问题的办法之一。然而在长期的教育发展历史上，传统的监督体系，都是通过纸质的调查表来完成，这样既耗时耗力，又不能客观公正的对教师形成评价。21世纪是一个互联网高速发展的时代，电脑的普及以及校园网络的覆盖，为教学评估打开了另外一扇窗，人们开始思考如何更好地利用网络来进行评教。
