Enterprise Device Management System
Abstract: With the development of the Computer Network . The computer has been more and more popular in daily working management .Computer technology is more useful than manual techniques in the management department and this point will become obvious with the growing of the equipment . The first purpose of this enterprise device management system is to deal with the loss and the abandon of the mismanagement .This whole enterprise device management system is simple , useful and easy to use . The operator interface is flexible and friendly . To ensure its security I set up two types of users . One is the normal user and the other is the administrator .According to the needs analysis I choose the powerful Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 to develop this enterprise device management system .This enterprise device management system use the B/S system to realize the several function module which about the basic equipment information management , device statistics management , equipment maintenance management and system management . I use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and Microsoft Structured Query Language Servers 2005 to make the system useful , helpful , flexible and safe . This system according to the needs analysis . I suggested to choose ASP.NET to develop the system . I hope this choose could make this system become cheap , useful and helpful . So that this system could be a helpful enterprise equipment device system that it could fit our country .
