摘要:随着internet的迅速发展,网络已经成为人们快速获取信息的重要渠道,在人们的生活中发挥着不和或缺的重要作用。网站的建设已经成为政府、企业信息化建设甚至个人计算机网络应用的重要组成部分,倍受人们关注。计算机网络招聘以其方便快捷等优点,深受广大企业和求职者的喜爱。求职应聘网站作为专门针对学生及求职者们而设计的网站,提高求职效率,提供更多就业机会。本课题的目标是实现功能齐全,流程完整的求职应聘网站,可以在全国范围内为广大学生和求职者构建一个求职应聘网站,网站的设计与实现以企业招聘为基础,课题运用统一数据交换标准、适时的数据更新、分工协作的信息收集发布机制,形成完整的求职应聘网站, 在全国范围内为广大学生和各类企业提供求职和招聘的信息化平台。课题运用SQL Server,ASP.NET,B/S架构等技术,遵循快捷方便的招聘理念,对招聘网站的功能性需求进行可行性分析,操作分析,概要设计,详细设计等,得出可行化的方案。通过编码,运行,测试等设计出具有用户登录功能,企业信息管理功能和职位信息管理等功能的求职应聘网站。实验和测试结果表明,课题所实现的求职招聘网站,运行效果良好,与预期设计目标一致。47047
