一个现代化的在正常运营中总是面对大量的客户信息、市场信息。传统的管理方法既浪费人力物力财力，又容易导致各种错误的发生。而且极容易出现漏洞，从而造成不可估量的损失。因此实现一个智能化、系统化、信息化的企业决策信息管理的自动化控制程序，将会使小型企业决策层管理工作大大减轻，方便友好的图形用户界面，简便的操作，完善的数据库管理，将会使得小型企业决策层管理极大限度地应用于现代化大型，成为管理人员的得力助手。

本文结合管理信息系统的开发过程，详细介绍如何针对系统提出的需求，将先进的软件应用技术融入到小型企业决策层管理信息系统中，开发出功能完善的企业决策层管理信息系统。本系统运用Microsoft SQL Server 2008数据库系统和C# 程序语言开发实现。论文简要介绍了项目背景和意义，着重阐述了该系统开发实现过程，对系统的需求分析、方案论证、模块设计、数据库设计等各个环节进行了详尽的分析和描述，重点介绍了企业决策层信息管理信息系统所采取的关键技术。50494

In accordance with the process of the development of management information system, this paper introduces in detail how to system requirements, apply advanced software technology into the small business management information system, decision makers to develop functional management information system of enterprise decision-makers. This system using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database system and c # programming language development.
