摘要：随着IT信息技术在管理上越来越深入并且广泛的应用，IT管理信息系统的技术已不断的成熟。管理信息系统以一个不断发展的新型学科，不论任何一个教育的单位要生存发展，并且要高效率地把内部活动有序地组织起来，就必须建立与自身的特点相适应的管理信息系统。本文介绍了在Visual C++6.0环境下采用“由上而下地总体规划，自下而上地应用开发”的策略开发的一个成绩管理信息系统的过程。在分析某个学校的学生成绩的管理的不足的基础上，创建了一套有效的由计算机管理学生成绩的基本方案。本文介绍了学生成绩管理信息系统的系统分析部分，包括教师密码的登陆、学生成绩信息的输入、学科平均成绩的统计以及排名等，并对几个主要模块的算法做出简要说明。界面友好、操作简单易懂实用是本系统的特点。55822

Abstract：With more and more widespread and profound application of information technology in anagement, the implement of management information system has become mature in technology step by step. Managing information system is a growing new subject. To efficiently organize the internal activity organically must be based on a management information system,if a unit of education mange to survive and develop. This article introduces the detailed process of performance management information system under the environment of Visual C++6.0, utilizing “Top-Bottom” overall plan and a strategy according to “Bottom-Top” application and exploitation. By analyzing the shortcomings of a school student achievement management, I create a set of effective scheme of computer management and students' status files.This article introduces  the system analysis section of student performance management information system, including the teacher password, student achievement information recorded, the average subject score of statistics and ranking part of a class.Partly illustrating the algorithms of several main modules. This economical and pragmatic system has explicit interface, with simple operation.
