The Issues and Solution of Learning Support System
in the Network Environment
Abstract: With the constant progress of network technology, the learning of net based on remote education learning is more and more common. The learning activities in the network environment which initiatives in the form of E-learning, are more popular in students and teachers. Combining with the status quo at home and abroad, through the study of the learning support service system in the network environment, and found that there are problems mainly by subjective human factors and technical factors such as incomplete and hardware facilities. This paper presents the appropriate problem-solving strategy for the problem in these two areas, this ensures that create the perfect network learning environment for students and teachers.

引言：
网络环境下的在线学习是远程教育的一种学习方式，也是未来远程教育发展的主流趋势，而学习支持服务系统是远程教育能够顺利开展的重要保障。虽然国内外很多专家学者对这种新兴的教学形式不断的研究，尝试。但是结合相关资料查阅可知，在远程教育方面取得进步的同时也面临不少困难和犯了不少错误。未来的社会是网络化信息化的社会，因此远程教育这种新兴的教育方式将会在未来发挥更多的作用。通过对这个项目的研究，拓展关于网络环境下学习教育的新思路、新方法和新理论。

1.1 网络环境下学习支持服务系统研究的现状
通过计算机网络中的各种学习资源工具，网络ppt课件、网络教学视频、电子文档学习笔记、面授解惑等进行学习是现下普遍的网络学习内容。更多的学习活动偏向于学习者主动探索学习。但是许多学员对这种方式并不适应。他们习惯于把网络课程的学习当作传统的课堂学习，只重事实和结论而不善于利用网络工具对知识进行深度探索。不少学员只是为了提高网络学院规定的点击率，登陆学习平台之后随便输入几句话敷衍了事。有些学员则把讨论区变成聊天区，真正愿意进行课程讨论的人很少[1]。
