摘要宽带的移动化和移动的宽带化成为通信产业的发展趋势。目前的无线信系统如3G、WLAN在数据速率、业务能力及成本、覆盖范围、移动性等方面各有其应用的局限,因此,作为移动宽带无线接入技术的WiMAX受到了越来越多的关注。WiMAX是一种低成本、高效率、大范围的宽带传输的宽带无线接入技术的标准。随着WiMAX技术的发展,WiMAX的快速切换认证协议也得到了很快的发展。其中最具有代表性的就是IEEE 802.16协议。IEEE 802.16宽带无线网络802.16是一种无线宽带标准由IEEE制定,目前业界谈论的WiMAX技术实际上就是IEEE 802.16技术,涵盖了802.16d和802.16e。由于时间的关系,我选择研究的是在NS-3上实现IEEE802.16协议的网络层切换的仿真。
为实现此次协议仿真,首先,介绍本次实现仿真所用到的网络仿真工具NS-3,包括NS-3的部件构成、仿真流程等关键性的概念;其次,介绍IEEE 802.16协议的网络层切换方案,为下面进行通信过程程序编写做准备;最后,在NS-3下进行IEEE 802.16协议的网络层切换仿真工作,并根据所得的仿真结果来进行分析,得出本次仿真所要得到的结论。9731

Title Simulate the fast handoff authentication protocol Of the Mobile WiMAX
With the development of the communicational industry, broadband mobile communication and mobile broadband has become the trend of the communicational industry . The current wireless system such as 3G, WLAN at a data rate, operational capabilities and costs, coverage, mobility, and each has its limitations in applications, therefore, as a mobile broadband wireless access technology of WiMAX has received more and more attention. WiMAX is a low cost, high efficiency, large range of broadband wireless access technology standard. With the development of WiMAX Technology, the WiMAX switch fast authentication protocol has been developing very fast. One of the most representative of which is the IEEE 802.16 protocol. IEEE 802.16 broadband wireless network 802.16 is a wireless broadband standard developed by IEEE.The industry talk about the WiMAX technology is actually to the IEEE 802.16 technology, covering the 802.16d and 802.16e. Because of the time, what I chose to study is the simulation of the IEEE802.16 protocol in ns-3 network layer switching.
To achieve this protocol emulation, first of all, I will introduce simulation process by using the network simulation tools NS-3, including the construction of NS-3, the key method of simulation and so on. as the preparation to the following communication program; Secondly, I will introduce the network layer switching solutions of the IEEE 802.16 protocol. Finally, I will simulate the network layer switching solutions of IEEE802.16 protocol, under the ns - 3.In addition, I will draw the simulation to the conclusion in this simulation process according to the simulation results.
