摘要:破碎机是冶金、矿山、建材、化工、陶瓷、筑路等行业产品生产中不可缺少的关键部件。由于物料的物理性质和结构差异很大,为适应各种物料的要求,破碎机的品种也是五花八门,目前破碎机的种类有颗式破碎机、圆锥破碎机、反击式破碎机、辊轮式破碎机。颗式破碎机、圆锥破碎机、辊轮式破碎机的破碎比小、破碎效率低、能耗高、针片状产品的含量高,这些缺点使得这些类型的破碎机在一些对矿石产品特性要求很高场合不能被使用。石料中的针片状颗粒承受能力差,容易断裂,如果含量过高则会影响路面质量,这就需要一种能够生产出矿石颗粒度比较好破碎机一反击式破碎机。反击式破碎机具有破碎比大、产品颗粒好、破碎效率高、结构简单、能耗较低、出料细而均匀、易损零件少、文护保养方便等优点,其正以势不可挡的趋势逐步取代颗式破碎机、圆锥破碎机成为许多行业中初级破碎、中细破碎过程中的重要设备,是实现“多破少磨”的理想设备。20036

1.1引言
