摘要本课题主要研究了一种金属管材表面材料的碾压强化试验装置,主要结构通过设计一种超大扭矩的旋转驱动机构对金属管材表面产生巨大扭矩,使得金属棺材表面产生超塑性变形,从而使得其表面产生晶粒细密的纳米晶层.该装置由表面加压装置,表面研磨旋转驱动装置,数据采集和数据处理系统,液压控制系统组成。在这个机构中,我们需要选取一种能对管材表面产生大压力的装备。旋转驱动装置选择回转驱动装置,因为回转传动具有较大的传动比,能够为我们产生比较大的扭矩,其产生的噪声比较小,本身也具有自锁性能,比较安全。22335
