摘要:随着社会的发展,传统的一些劳作方式已经无法适应和满足一些行业的的需求。因此,越来越多的机械出现在各行各业,通过发展工作机械来代替人工劳动已经变得越来越普遍。家具厂生产的沙发整块海绵坐垫中夹有特殊形状的海绵废料,这种特殊形状的海绵废料用人工去除难度系数高,且费时费力,不仅降低了生产效率,还增大了人工成本,从可持续发展角度来看,对工厂没有好处。因此需要设计出一种海绵废料清理机可以完全让机器代替人工完成清除海绵废料的工作,使海绵废料清理变得高效、干净。本设计题目是海绵废料清理机结构设计,是对该设备的各个部分经过综合性的考量、各种方案比较后而进行设计的。目的是设计出可以让机器代替人工完成清除海绵废料。在本文中,首先介绍了海绵废料清理机现在的研究进展和主要成果,接着分析了课题的目的及完成的目标,最后详细介绍了设计海绵废料清理机时的气缸的选择,电机的选择,送入机构的设计,轴的校核等。24752 毕业论文关键字: 海绵废料;滚压;气缸;
Sponge scrap cleaning machine design
Abstract: With the development of society, some traditional the ways of working have been unable to adapt and meet the needs of some industries. Therefore, more and more machinery appears in all walks of life. Through the development of machinery to replace manual labor has became increasingly common. There are special shape of sponge flotsams in the block of sponge. It is hard for human to use their hands to eliminate the flotsams and the way is a waste of time and energy. From perspective of sustainable development, it is not good for the plant. Hence, it is necessary to design a sponge cleaning machine to eliminate the flotsams instead of human.
The subject of the design is sponge scrap cleaning machine design, which is devised though a comprehensive consideration and a comparison of various options. The purpose of the topic is to design a kind of machine tool which can eliminate the sponge scrap instead of human. This paper, at first, introduced the current research progress and major achievements of the sponge scrap cleaning machine. Then, it analyzed the purpose and projective of the topic. Finally, in detail, it introduced blower selection, cylinder selection, the design of conveying mechanism, the checking of axis and so on.
