摘要:生产设计就是创造一种设计,它能够使结构工作与机械、电气和舾装工作相互协调,在现有船厂设施的条件上,考虑船舶的生产、修理、维护和保养等一系列服务,从而得出一种合理的兼顾性能和生产要求的方案。本课题就是给5300TEU集装箱船B20S分段制定一个合适的生产设计。目前国内的造船技术已趋向成熟,每个船厂根据建造能力不同有不同的设计方法,本论文从学习的角度出发,表达我自己的一些观点。该分段结构较为复杂,需划分成三个组件进行建造,三个组件建造完成后吊运至船坞合拢成一个完整分段。本课题详细阐述分段建造的整个过程,设计成果主要在CAD图纸上显示,结合设计任务书和船厂实际建造能力,对生产设计一些细节问题做优化调整。

Abstract:Production design is to create a design that enables structural work to be coordinated with mechanical, electrical and outfitting operations, taking into account a range of services such as the production, repair, maintenance and maintenance of the ship in terms of existing shipyard facilities Out of a reasonable balance between performance and production requirements of the program. This topic is to 5300TEU container ship B20S segment to develop a suitable production design. At present, the domestic shipbuilding technology has become mature, each shipyard according to the different construction capabilities have different design methods, this paper from the learning point of view, to express some of my own point of view. The segment structure is more complex, need to be pided into three components for construction, three components after the completion of the construction to the dock docked into a complete section. This paper elaborates the whole process of segment construction, and the design results are mainly displayed on CAD drawings. In combination with the design task book and the actual construction capacity of the shipyard, the details of the production design are optimized.
