[摘 要]:钻机又称为钻探机,广泛应用与地质勘探中。本次毕业设计主要针对ZDY1900型全液压钻机,进行结构设计。ZDY1900型钻机是动力头式的,扭矩大,起拔力大,用于钻探各种工程用孔。ZDY1900型全液压钻机在结构设计上有许多优点,例如:该钻机由三大部分组成,解体性能较好,方便搬迁,非常灵活;采用液压系统自动拆卸钻具,有效的降低了劳动强度;该钻机用支撑油缸调节机身倾角,比较省力;该系列的钻机普遍采用框架式支撑,在一次安装中就能全方位的进行钻孔工作,效率较高。我在此次毕业设计中,主要负责四个方面的设计工作,首先要对液压泵,液压马达进行选型,其次是设计回转装置中的减速器,最后依次完成夹持器和机架的设计。本次毕业设计最重要的任务是设计减速器,在设计过程中,需要进行频繁的计算,校核,直到设计出满足要求的钻机。由于普通的钻机体积较大,在作业过程中遇到很多问题,而ZDY1900型钻机巧妙的运用了模块化的设计方法,避免了以往钻机的缺点,使该机型的全液压钻机在众多机型中脱颖而出,获得广泛好评。随着科学技术的发展,相信我国的钻机设计水平会越来越高,与发达国家的水平越来越接近,甚至超越国外先进水平。28022

Abstract [ABSTRACT]:The drill rig is also called a drill, widely used in geological prospecting.. This graduation design mainly for the ZDY1900 type hydraulic drill, structural design. ZDY1900 rig power head, big torque, big pull force, for a variety of engineering drilling hole. ZDY1900 type full hydraulic drilling rig in the structure design has many advantages. For example: the rig consists of three parts, the disintegration of the performance is good, easy to move, very flexible; by hydraulic system automatic disassembly tool; the rig with a supporting cylinder adjusting the angle of inclination of the machine body, more effort; the series of rig generally adopts a frame type support, in a previous installation can be a full range of drilling work and higher efficiency. I am responsible for the design of four aspectsin in the graduation design, first of all to the hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor selection, followed by the design of rotary device of speed reducer. Finally, in order to complete the clamping device and the frame design. This graduation design is the most important task is to design rig rotary device reducer, the rig with secondary expansion helical cylindrical gear reducer, in the design process, need frequent calculation, checking, until the design out to meet the requirements of the drilling rig. Due to the ordinary rig volume larger, in the process encountered a lot of problems, and ZDY1900 type drilling rig ingenious using modular design method, to avoid the shortcomings of previous rig, the models of hydraulic drilling machine in the many models will emerge.As science and technology developed,I believe our rig design level will be increasingly high,level with the developed countries more and closer to, or even better than the foreigns .

前言毕业设计是我们机电工程学院每个大四毕业生必须经历并且认真对待的一项工作,我们要通过毕业设计来展现我们所学的知识,体现我们的设计能力以及解决问题的能力,同时显示出我们的团队精神。本次毕业设计历时76天,对于我来说是一段非常重要的经历。
本次毕业设计,我的设计任务是:ZDY1900型全液压钻机的结构设计。在设计过程中,我的任务有液压泵及液压马达的选型,减速器,夹持器和机架的设计工作。在设计一开始,我就遇到了许多棘手的问题。和同学讨论,我发现许多同学和我一样,不知道该如何着手做毕业设计。究其原因,由于本科生生产实习比较少,没有相关经验,再加上以前没有接触过全液压钻机,我对其了解的非常少,经过到图书馆及网上查阅相关资料,我有了一些了解,但仍没有头绪。最后我请教了毕业设计指导老师,老师让我上网搜索钻机使用说明书,并且推荐我借阅《机械设计手册》,而且详细的给我介绍了钻机的工作原理以及各个部分名称及功能,我才有了设计的方向和计划,知道该如何进行设计安排。
