摘要针对再生式液体发射药火炮内弹道过程的特点,建立内弹道零文模型,并利用Visual Basic 6.0编制相应的数值模拟软件,该软件具有良好的数值模拟计算能力、简洁的界面和方便的操作。根据23mm再生式液体炮参数进行计算,结果表明弹丸出炮口初速与实测炮口初速相差1.38%;燃烧室最大压力与实测燃烧室最大压力相差5.11%;贮液室最大压力与实测贮液室最大压力相差2.76%,说明计算值和实验值拟合较好,计算模型合理,得到的 曲线较好地模拟出燃烧室和贮液室的压力变化规律。在以上工作基础上,针对喷孔面积、喷射孔长度、活塞质量、弹丸质量等参数变化,对23mm再生式液体炮内弹道过程进行了数值预测,研究结果对指导再生式液体炮内弹道设计有一定的参考价值。28208

Title The numerical prediction of interior ballistic characteristic of Regenerative Liquid Propellant Gun
Abstract
According to the interior ballistic characteristics of RLPG,the zero dimensional model interior ballistic is established, and by using Visual Basic 6.0 to compile corresponding numerical simulation software, the software has good numerical simulation ability, simple interface and convenient operation.According to the 23mm RLPG parameters,it turned out that the theoretically calculated muzzle velocity compared through the experimental date is 1.38%;the theoretically calculated the maximum pressure of reservoir and combustion chamber compared through the experimental date is 2.76% and 5.11%,calculated value and experimental value compares good,calculation model is reasonable,the curve simulates the pressure of combustion and reservoir chamber change rule.On the basis of the above work,the numerical prediction around the parameters such as spray hole area,hole length,the quality of piston,the quality of projectile change is done.The research results has a certain reference value to guide RLPG interior ballistic design.
