摘要自1990年以来,中国的压铸工业发展得非常迅速,在汽车用铝合金成型工艺中,铝合金压铸工艺已经成为应用最广泛的工艺之一。压铸工业的发展离不开压铸模的设计,计算机技术的发展让压铸过程的模拟仿真变得可行。 本次毕业设计是根据所给电磁阀阀体零件图,对其进行压铸模具的设计以及压铸过程的仿真。首先使用SolidWorks 软件建立压铸件的三文模型,然后通过使用模拟仿真软件 ProCAST 对其进行压铸过程的仿真分析并输出模拟仿真结果,再结合仿真结果设计所给电磁阀阀体的压铸模的各个结构,最后使用 SolidWorks 软件画出设计好的压铸模的装配三文图。 30254 毕业论文关键词 压铸模 电磁阀 阀体 模拟仿真 压铸工艺 压铸过程
Title Design of Die Casting Mould for Solenoid Valve Body and Simulation of Die Casting Process
Abstract Since 1990s, China's Die-casting Industry has made amazing development. Aluminum die casting process has become one of the most used processes for automotive aluminum alloy molding process. China's Die-casting Industry can not develop without the design of die casting mould, with the development of computer technology, it allows the simulation of die casting process. This paper is based on Component Graph of Solenoid Valve body, design a die casting mould for it and simulate the die casting process. First, three-dimensional model must be created by using SolidWorks, second, simulate the die cast process by ProCAST and export the result. Then, design the die casting mould with this result. At last design the die casting mould assembly drawing with SolidWorks.
