摘要:在物流行业飞速发展的今天,商品趋于“短小轻薄”,流通趋于多品种小批量和及时制,各类配送和货运中心货物的分拣任务十分艰巨,我国物流领域对自动分拣设备的需求越来越强烈,研究与开发先进的分拣机已成为目前国内物流设备生产企业的一大课题。滑块式分拣机能适应中小型物品高效,柔性,平稳分拣的要求,应用范围极为广泛,是物流邻域中重要的技术装备之一。本课题的主要任务是对滑块式分拣机的机架与轨道进行详细设计,并对重要和薄弱环节进行校核,并提出总体控制方案。33657
根据所查资料显示,采用直线型机架成本低,这几年市场上流行采用滚筒式导轨,滚筒导轨一般普遍适应于不同大小、重量、形状的各种不同商品,具有分拣轻柔无冲击、分拣准确、可以向左、右两侧分拣,占地空间小、分拣时所需商品间隙小,分拣能力高等优点,而且在没有分拣任务是,可作为输送机输送货物。本文中,我们首先选用了直线型机架,滚筒式导轨进行设计,最终数据显示,本设计能完成大的物件运输,满足实际要求。 毕业论文关键字:滑块式分级机 机架与轨道 直线型机架 滚筒式导轨
Sliding block type sorting machine frame and orbit design
Abstract: The rapid development of the logistics industry today, merchandise tends to be "short and thin", the circulation tends to more varieties of small batch and timely system, various distribution and sorting center cargo freight task daunting logistics field of automatic sorting equipment growing demand, research and development of advanced sorting machine has become the domestic logistics equipment manufacturing enterprises is a major issue. Slide sorter functional adaptation sized items efficient, flexible, smooth sorting requirements, an extremely broad range of applications, is one of the important technical equipment logistics neighborhood. The main task of this project is to slide sorter frame and track detailed design, and important to be checked and weaknesses, and provide overall control scheme.
According to the investigation data show that low-cost linear rack, popular in recent years on the market using the roller rails, roller rails generally adapt to a variety of goods in different size, weight, shape, gentle shock-free sorting, sorting precise movements, but also to the left and right sides of the sorting, small footprint, small space required for merchandise sorting, high sorting capacity; and in the absence of the sorting task is as conveyors transporting goods. In this paper, we first selected linear rack, roller guide design, final data show that the design can accomplish the objects of transport, to meet the actual requirements.
