Traditional plastic products through painting, plating and other processing methods to beautify the appearance, but after a long period of use, the surface material is oxidized easily fall off the outside color . The different color mold, it does not require spraying, electroplating and other treatment, according to the different needs of the market, you can replace the color masterbatch. Meanwhile, two-color mold products not only stable quality, but also high production efficiency. The product is designed mainly including process analysis, parting design, design mold design, injection system, the top of the system design, the design of the waterway, and finally generate some parts of the two-dimensional image processing and assembly drawing.
