摘要:珩磨加工是通过可涨缩的磨头使珩磨条压向工件外面,用来产生一定的接触面积和一定的压力,在正确的珩磨液作用下,珩磨头对被加工表面做旋转和往复进给的相对综合运动,从而达到改进表面质量、改进表面应力状态和提高被加工零件精度的目的,是一种多刃切削的精加工法子。近年来,因为珩磨技术的发展,如人造金刚石和立方氮化硼等超硬磨料的投入使用,珩磨技术被推向一个新的阶段。如今珩磨已不仅用作高精度要求的终加工工序,而且还可作为切除较大加工余量的中间工序,是一种高效、优良的加工方式。37162
本设计是针对珩磨机中的珩磨头进行的结构设计,首先我通过实习学会了珩磨机的工作原理,知到了珩磨头的大概结构和零件的位置。而后我在此基础上仔细的观察分析了珩磨头的结构组成,进而掌握了珩磨头运动参数的选择和油石数量、形状、分布以及涨锥的设计要求。而后我又了解到了现有珩磨头的一些优缺点,并确定会针对大孔珩磨的珩磨头进行设计。
经过本课题即珩磨机珩磨头的机构设计,我将书本上的理论知识与实际生产融会贯通,巩固了对机械零件、机械制造工艺学以及现代磨削技术等相关知识的熟识程度,使自己可以运用书本知识设计出能满足基本生产要求的零部件和组合体,还在书本中学到了珩磨加工中的一些禁忌和注意事项。在论文中我充分运用自己在大学期间学到的专业知识和学校的图书资源,进行了毕业设计的研究,巩固和深化了自己的专业知识,并且基本达到了毕业设计的预期目的。 毕业论文关键词:珩磨;珩磨头;涨椎;油石

The design is aimed at honing machine honing head structure design, first of all, I through practice to understand the principle of honing machine, to understand the general parts of the structure and distribution of the honing head. And on this basis, I carefully observed analysis the structure of honing head, then grasp the honing head motion parameters selection and oil-stone number, shape, distribution, and for a cone design rise. And I also learned some advantages and disadvantages of the honing head, and to determine the hole honing honing head design.
Through this topic is honing honing head mechanism design, I will book on theoretical knowledge combined with the actual production, strengthening of mechanical parts, mechanical manufacturing technology and modern grinding technology and related knowledge of understanding, so that they can use book knowledge to design can satisfy the basic requirements for the production of parts and assemblies, books are still secondary to the honing some taboos and the matters needing attention. In this paper I make full use of professional knowledge and school I learned in college library resources, graduation design research, consolidate and deepen the knowledge of their own professional, and basically reached the intended purpose of graduation design.
