液压支架立柱和千斤顶试验台液压控制系统设计【摘要】目前我国煤矿采煤工作面大部分是综采面,而液压支架是现代煤矿综采工作面中的配套支护设备,立柱是其主要结构件。立柱工作的可靠性直接关系到矿井生产的正常化和工人的生命安全,因此必须做好对立柱性能检测试验台的设计。37443
本文主要针对目前国内外对于液压支架立柱和千斤顶试验台装置设计中存在的问题,设计了立柱试验台的液压控制系统。本文主要内容如下:
1.熟读本次设计的标准,并按标准中要求的试验项目详细设计了试验台的液压控制系统,并对设计出的液压系统的原理进行说明。
2.由液压系统的设计可知本设计的系统中的增压装置采用双向自动增压缸,对双向自动增压缸的各个参数进行设计计算,并绘制其装配图和零件图。
3.由对液压系统中的各个元件的选型,并根据所选的元件,设计油泵站的各个参数,给出合理的油泵站结构。
4.对本系统的液压台外形进行设计,并安装元件进行调试。
