摘要为了解决现有部分引信存在的发射环境适应性差、不具备撞击安全距离特性、无自毁及自绝火特性、延期解除保险距离短、弹道炸等问题,从而提高引信通用能力、安全及作用可靠性,在广泛调研国内、国外相关研究成果的基础上,设计该中大口径榴弹弹头机械触发引信。18968
首先通过系统分析,论证该引信的工作原理,从而设计该引信的总体结构。而后进行引信各部分结构设计,包括传爆序列设计、保险与解除保险装置设计、装定装置设计、引信用弹簧计算与零件强度校核等。最后绘制了二文图和三文图,对设计所涉及的强度、性能和弹簧抗力等进行了计算。
该引信重量1160 g,最大外径66 mm,最大高度150.1 mm。
该引信通用能力较强、发火可靠性高、发火方式多、有自毁特性、延期解除保险距离较长、具备撞击安全距离特性、发射环境适应性较好,符合GJB 373A-1997《引信安全性设计准则》要求,具备工程设计价值。
