摘要船舶工业是为水上交通、海洋开发及国防建设提供技术装备的现代综合性产业,是军民结合的战略性产业,是先进装备制造业的重要组成部分。进一步发展壮大船舶工业,是提升我国综合国力的必然要求,对维护国家海洋权益、加快海洋开发、保障战略运输安全、促进国民经济持续增长、增加劳动力就业具有重要意义。43848

     同时,必须清醒地看到,我国船舶工业在高速发展中也积累了不少矛盾和问题,主要表现在:创新能力不强,结构性矛盾突出,产业集中度较低,生产效率和管理水平亟待提高,船舶配套业发展滞后,海洋工程装备发展步伐缓慢。与世界造船强国相比,我国船舶工业整体水平和实力仍有较大差距。

     起锚机是船舶配套设施中的一个重要组成部分。船舶驶达港口,常常因为等候泊位,接受检疫或避风等需要在港口外停泊,为了能克服停泊时作用在船体上的水流力、风力和船舶倾斜时所产生的惯性力,就需要在船上设置锚设备,以保持船位不变。此外,锚设备还可帮助安全离靠码头,或使船舶紧急制动。

目前国内在起锚机方面研究相对落后,本次课题亟待解决液压起锚机的设计问题。液压起锚机相对于其他锚机,具有明显的优势,其操作灵活,调节方便成为其显著特点。本次研究的液压起锚机采用离合器控制锚链轮同时转动,而由液压泵来控制离合器的分合,运用十分方便。本设计结合以往起锚机的结构,增加了液压泵控制离合器的部分,使液压起锚机更加实现了自动化。根据结构,绘制了液压起锚机的CAD图,以及通过三维软件绘制了液压起锚机的三维造型。

Compared with the world shipbuilding power, China's shipbuilding industry overall level and strength is still a great distance.
