摘要柴油机活塞是柴油机重要运动件之一,因为它所处的环境相当残酷,即温度高、高负荷、高速度、润滑不好和冷却困难等,使其成为柴油机常见故障较多的零件之一。由于柴油机技术水平的逐步提高,4105四冲程高速柴油机活塞的频繁运转,气缸内的平均有效压力和温度急剧上升,使活塞处在如此残酷的工作条件下,理所当然,活塞成为了柴油机强化的一个最明显障碍。于是出现了相关设计的这样一个课题:要怎样保证在提高柴油机发动性能前提下,提高活塞工作的耐久性与可靠性。研究表明:通过合理详细的活塞组设计,才能有效的提高柴油机工作的耐久性和可靠性,本次设计的任务主要是4105四冲程高速柴油机活塞组的设计,主要包括活塞头、活塞裙部、活塞环、活塞销、活塞销座的设计。43922

本次设计活塞所选的材料是:耐高温,热膨胀系数小,比重小的共晶铝硅合金。通过合理的计算和校核以及合理的头部高度设计,以便有效减轻活塞机械负荷和热负荷,增强活塞寿命与耐磨性。
